Myra Dawn McLendon Wells, 78, of Rockingham passed away Tuesday, February 7, 2017.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 8th at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel at Watson-King Funeral Home in Rockingham with Rev. Brian Perry officiating.
Burial will follow at Northam Cemetery.
Born October 10, 1938 in Richmond County she was a daughter of the late Lacy and Winnie McIntyre McLendon.
Mrs. Wells was a Hotel Manager and a member of Pee Dee Methodist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Pamela Wells of Rolling Meadows, IL, and Angela McAuliffe (Dan) of Spring Grove, IL, two sisters, Shirley McLendon of Rockingham and Patricia Hagen of Napa, CA, three grandchildren, Lacey, Cameron, Evan, and one great grandchild, Jayden.
