I light a candle with a yellow ribbon as Betty and I met as pen pals during Desert Storm, but became dear friends with all the letters and gifts we shared with each other over the years. I'm very saddened by her passing, but know that she is in a better place with her sweet husband and her Lord. My prayers go out to all of Betty's friends and family for strength and comfort during this difficult time. May we all hold dear our precious memories of her; that they may comfort us in the days ahead!
