William "Bill" Currie Jr.

William A. “Bill” Currie, Jr. 81, of Rockingham passed away March 4, 2018 at his home. He was born March 10, 1936 in Richmond County a son of the late William A. Currie, Sr. and Elsie Nichols.

Bill was a member of Zion United Methodist Church. He served in the US Airforce and retired from Sandhurst Plant.

Graveside services will be conducted Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Surviving, Sons, Will Currie and wife Julie of Rockingham and Tommy Currie of Rockingham. Grandchildren, Will Currie IV and Jenny Currie Rhodes and husband Hugh.

Memorials may be made to Richmond Co. Hospice, 1119 Hwy. #1 N. Rockingham, NC 28379.
