Tom Wayne Outen

Tom Wayne Outen,84, of Rockingham passed away Saturday, May 15, 2021 at his home. He was born Mar ch 20, 1937 in Richmond County, a son of the late Carson and Frances O’Neal Outen.

Mr. Outen the served in the US AirForce and retired from the Textile Indstry.

He was preceded in death by his wife Shirley Outen, a daughter Penny Outen Brown(Dee) sisters Nettie, Ruth and Myrtle Folsom and brothers Jack, Henry, Charlie, Bill and James Outen.

Surviving his children, Donna Gunter(Woody), Tom Outen(Mandy) and Terry Simmons(Ronnie); Grandchildren, Crystal Marks, Charlie Terry, Rebecca Gunter, Weston Outen, Will Gunter and Caroline Gunter; Great grandchildren, Kynlee and Kysley Marks; A sister, Frances Warner;

The family will receive friends at his home 1323 Ann St. Rockingham.
