Tammie Nichols

Tammie Long Nichols, 56, passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at her home. She was born October 19, 1961, daughter of the late Leaton Long and Brenda Gainey Long Beck.

A service to celebrate Tammie’s life will be conducted 12:00 p.m. Friday, March 9th at Roberdel United Methodist Church with Rev. Robert Carpenter officiating and interment to follow at Richmond Memorial Park. The family will have visitation one hour prior to the service at 11:00 a.m. at the church.

Tammie is survived by a son, Edwin Nichols Jr. and wife Rebecca of Raleigh; a daughter, Laura Nichols of Rockingham; four grandchildren, Sawyer Knight, Caroline Nichols, Drew Altman, and Tucker Nichols; a sister, Renea Craven and husband Barry of Ellerbe; a brother, Victor Long and Trudi of Norman; and stepfather, Thomas Beck of Rockingham.
