Stella Pauline Allred, 92, formerly of Rockingham passed away on Monday, January 8th, 2018.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 13th in the chapel at Watson-King Funeral Home in Rockingham with Rev. Jason Moore officiating. Burial will follow at Ellerbe Cemetery.
The family will receive friends starting at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
Born August 11, 1925 in Stokes County she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Durham Nunn, wife of the late Arnil Allred, and was preceded in death by two sons, David and Ken Allred.
She is survived by two daughters, Edie Kuper (John) of Raleigh and Lauri Chriscoe (Ken) of Rockingham, three sons, Cecil Allred (Anne) of Piedmont, SC, Donald Allred (Deborah) of Rockingham, and Roger Allred (Teresa) of Candor, one sister, Phyllis Fielding of Ellerbe, seventeen grandchildren, and twenty great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
