Shirley Jean Pence, 80, of Rockingham passed away Saturday April 28th, 2018.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 1st at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel at Watson-King Funeral Home in Rockingham with Rev. June Grant officiating. Burial will follow at Richmond County Memorial Park.
Born May 3, 1937 in Randolph County she was a daughter of the late Charles Robert and Mary Martha King Lovett and wife of the late Robert Frank Pence.
Mrs. Pence worked for Tultex and was a member of Joy Freewill Baptist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Sheila Munn Watson of Rockingham and Nicole Patel of West End, one son, William David Munn, Jr. of Cordova, and six grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday at Watson-King Funeral Home.
