Sharon Peek

Mrs. Sharon Coleman Peek, 54, passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at Hospice Haven. She was born May 3, 1965 in Richmond County, daughter of Sandy and Betty Dunn Baldwin and the late Donald Coleman.

Sharon was a member of Rockingham Wesleyan Church. She was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She enjoyed listening to beach music.

Services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 19th in the chapel of Watson – King Funeral Home in Rockingham with Rev. Harold Bumby and Rev. Tony Clark officiating and interment following in Ellerbe Cemetery. The family will have visitation to see friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home starting at 12:00 p.m. and other times at the Baldwin home, 2013 Pinedale Road, Rockingham.

Sharon is survived by her three children, Lauren Smith and husband Timothy of Hamlet, Chris Peek of Hamlet, and Dylan Peek of Rockingham; three grandchildren, Kaylee Hinson, Chaz Smith, and Paizley Smith; her mother and stepfather, Betty and Sandy Baldwin of Rockingham; and siblings, Sandy Baldwin and Wendy Rohleder, both of Rockingham.
