Patric Ian Saunders

Patric Ian Saunders 31, passed away January 4, 2021 from injuries sustained in a tragic car accident. He was born January 27, 1989 in Charlotte NC. He met his wife, Kindell shortly after high school and after six years of dating, they married. They were married for five years and had two Great Dane fur kids, Letti and Hobbs.

Patric joined the Wesley Chapel Volunteer fire department when he was still in high school and was currently working at the Charlotte Fire Department Station 2. Patric was a devoted fireman, he loved serving his community. He was also in the Army National Guard where he was a medic and just returned from a 13 month deployment.

Patric will be missed by many, especially his brothers and sisters of fire service.
Survivors include his wife, Kindell Saunders; mother, Constance Kelly; father; John Saunders Jr, three sister; Rachel Tsiamis (Bobby); Danielle Freeman (Micah) and Alexis Kelly. A cousin who he thought of more like a brother; Logan Moore (Tina). There are 6 nephews and 3 nieces left to cherish Patric’s memory along with many aunts and uncles and a special great uncle Tommy.

He was always be a part of the firefighter’s hearts at Wesley Chapel and The Charlotte Fire Department Station 2.

Visitation will be on 1/16/2021 at the Wesley Chapel Fire Department, 315 Waxhaw, NC 28173. There will be a processional ceremony at the 10 o’clock hour and then the family will begin receiving friends.
