Myrtle Irene Trexler

Myrtle Irene Trexler, 94, of Rockingham passed away on Saturday March 17, 2018.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday March 20th, 2018 at the First Presbyterian Church with Rev. Dwight Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Richmond County Memorial Park
Born September 20, 1923 in Richmond County she was a daughter of the late Lacy and Leon Hinson Goodwin, wife of the late Guy Trexler and was preceded in death by her sons, Guy N. Trexler, III and Gary Goodwin Trexler.
Mrs. Trexler was a homemaker and a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Terri Trexler of N. Myrtle Beach, SC, five grandchildren, Gary, Jennifer, and Jessica Trexler, David and Michael Dickens, and five great grandchildren, Jakob, Noah, Colton, Averie Trexler, and Mason Dickens.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the church.
