Lucy Spivey Rigsbee, 50, of Aberdeen died September 30, 2017 at her home. She was born April 14, 1967 in Richmond County, a daughter of Don Spivey and the late Billie Burney Spivey.
She graduated from Richmond Senior High School in 1985 and Western Carolina University 1989.
A memorial service will be conducted Friday, October 6, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at Watson-King Funeral Home Chapel in Rockingham with Rev. Dwight Williams.
Surviving, Her daughter, Elizabeth Baker of Raeford; Father, Don Spivey of Rockingham; A sister, Margaret Spivey Mattera and husband Paul of Raleigh; Nieces, Ella Jane, Giovanna, Julia and Amalia Mattera;
The family will receive friends from 1-2 prior to the service Friday at the funeral home.
