Lloyd Johnson

Lloyd Johnson,76, of Rockingham passed away Monday, August 29, 2022 with his grandson Dustin Alan Caulder as result of an automobile accident. He was born December 9, 1945 in Richmond County, a son of the late John A. and Ruth Shepard Johnson.

Mr. Johnson served in the US Army and NC National Guard. He retired from Unimin Corporation.

He was preceded in death by his wife Connie Jo Johnson, a sister Mevis McNally and brothers Timothy Johnson, Douglas Johnson, John Johnson, Jr. and a sister Mevis McNally.

A memorial service will be conducted Friday, September 9, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Watson-King Funeral Home Chapel in Rockingham with military honors.

Surviving, A daughter, Angela Johnson Caulder of Rockingham; Granddaughter, Kristian Hope Caulder; Great Grandson, Haston Alan Caulder, Kylan Hyatt and Kayden Jones; A sisters, Joan Henderson and Lois Bunn; Brothers, Legette “Pug” Johnson and Lonnie
Johnson.
