John Wesley “Wes” Wheeler, II of Hinkle, KY formerly of Hamlet passed away suddenly at his home on Friday, June 16th, 2017.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday June 22nd, 2017 in the Chapel at Watson-King Funeral Home in Hamlet with Rev. Randy Bishop officiating. Burial will follow at Richmond County Memorial Park.
Born February 1, 1976 in Richmond County he is the son and step-son of Wesley and Beth Galloway Wheeler and Gary and Susan Creech Ezman.
Wes joins his grandparents, Margaret and J. R. Wheeler, Jr. (Dee Dee and Nanny). He leaves behind his soulmate and love, Jennifer Valentine and her daughters, Kayla, Chyenne,” Keltzea” and granddaughter, Ella; Jennifer’s Mother, Dorothy Case; his daughter, Makenzie Strickland; his parents and step parents; his sister, Denise Wheeler Delaney and husband, Brett; his grandparents, Isabelle and Billy Creech (Lillie and PaPaw) and Aunt, Sharon Creech.
He leaves his little shadow, Chewey. They were best buddies.
The family will be receiving friends from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
