Ethan Grant

February 24, 1992 ~ October 9, 2017 (age 25) 25 Years Old
Ethan Grant,25, of Rockingham passed away October 9, 2017 at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill. He was born February 24, 1992 in Moore County a son of Matt Grant and Jatana W. McCormick.

Ethan worked with Martin Moving Service. Ethan never met a stranger and was full of life from the moment he was born. Being Sean’s father was his biggest accomplishment and blessing. He was always so proud of his “boy”. Ethan loved his family more than anything. Everybody knew what piece of his heart they had. Sean had it all, Brooke was his love, his daddy was his absolute hero, his MiMi and Papa Randy, Adeana was his best friend and defender, he was Tyler’s bigger than life Uncle E, he thought his Mama and Grandaddy hung the moon and would buy it for him’, his mom was just that, “mama”. His aunts, uncles, nephews and cousins knew how special they were because he made sure of it. He always had a knack for making you believe you were the only person in the room. Ethan was always an exceptional athlete and he excelled in basketball and football, and he was most proud of the fact that his biggest fan and supporter, his dad, coached many of his teams.
