Charlie Everett Wallace, Sr.

Charlie Everett Wallace, Sr. 83, of Rockingham passed away Monday February 4, 2019.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 7th at Temple Baptist Church with Rev. Joey Byrd officiating. Burial will follow at Eastside Cemetery.
Born February 18, 1935 in South Carolina he was a son of the late Charlie and Maggie Parks Wallace.
Mr. Wallace was a mechanic for Delta Mills in South Carolina and a member of Temple Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Linda Ward Wallace of Rockingham, three daughters, Sylvia Bryant of Chattanooga, TN, Phyllis Grooms (Charles) of Hamlet, and Gail Wallace of Vass, two sons, Charlie E. Wallace, Jr. (Megan) of Campbellville, KY, and Clinton Dale Wallace (Dana) of Rockingham, ten grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren.
The family will be receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at Watson-King Funeral Home in Rockingham.
