Cecil Ray Moore

Cecil Ray Moore,85, of Rockingham passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on Saturday, July 3, 2021 at Richmond Co. Hospice Haven. He was born to Cecil and Lola Moore in Pactolus, North Carolina.
Ray was the manager of Mello Buttercup and owner of B&B Bail Bonds until his retirement. He loved to fish, hunt and spend time with his family.
Survived by his loving wife, Deborah Burr Moore; His daughters, Nancy Barbee(Jimmy), Shannon McIntyre(Clay) and Amanda Gainey(Jared); 9 grandchildren, Brad, Beth, Halie, Ashleigh, O’cean, DJ, Cooper, Elin, and Macy Rae; 2 great grandchildren, Anderson and Harper; A sister, Irene Guidi of Sun City, Arizona.
The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
