Mr.   Scott Collins,  50, passed away Wednesday,  November  1,  2017.    He was born October 15,  1967 in Richmond County,  a son of the late Wanda Ragsdale Collins and Alton Collins.
 
Scott was employed with Perdue in Rockingham as a Mechanic.   He liked Harleys and Hot Rods and to shoot pool.   He enjoyed following the Miami Dolphins and NASCAR racing.  Scott was very fond of his Pit Bulls.  He loved his wife, children, and grandchildren.
 
Services will be conducted at 4:00 p.m.  Sunday,  November 5th in the chapel of Watson – King Funeral Home in Hamlet with Rev. Ricky Jacobs officiating.  The family will have visitation from  3 to 4 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service and other times at 203 Boyette St., Hamlet.
 
Scott is survived by his wife, Robin Floyd Collins; children, Kenneth (Rebecca) Sasser of Hamlet and Heather Chappell of Hamlet; grandchildren, Kaylee Sasser and Melody Sasser; siblings, Gray (Jenny) Collins of Rockingham, Christy (Kevin) Lambert of Rockingham, and Ginny Collins of Hamlet; step mother, Donna Collins of Hamlet; step grandmother, Shirley Hester of Cordova; and a number of nieces and nephews.    Scott was preceded in death by a sister, Sherry Collins.
