Mrs. Martha Rivenbark Ross,  76, of Rockingham passed away Wednesday,  April 5, 2017.

Mrs. Ross was a member of Beaver Dam United Methodist Church.  She was a retired teacher with the Head Start Program.  She was a member of Eastern Star for many years.

Services were conducted 2:00 pm Saturday, April 8 at Beaver Dam United Methodist Church with interment following at Richmond Memorial Park.  Visitation was one hour prior to the service at the church.  

Mrs. Ross is survived by her children, Ralph Cook and wife Sharron of Rome, GA,  Rickey Cook and wife Julie of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, and Lena Sellers, and husband Eddie of Rockingham;  eight grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren; and a sister, Becky Rivenbark and husband, J. D. Roberts of Rockingham.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Ross in 2003.
