Mark,
So sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I was your neighbor when you and Ronald were small boys on Steele Street. I use to pull your and Ronald's teeth for your mother and read what can goods you had in your hand so your mom knew what she was about to prepare for dinner. I knew you as "Zoot" and have fond memories of your whole family I was only a young mother at 17 at that time. God has truly gained another Angel. You and family are in my prayers. Cheryl

Cheryl, Thank you so much for your kind words. Mom spoke about you and your kindness toward her and dad. She wanted to get back in touch with you but couldn't remember your last name or where you had moved. You probably noticed the picture of you and your children with us on the back porch. That picture goes back a long ways. I put my email above if you would like to contact me. Thanks again for the kind words. Mark

Dear Mark and Family, Love to all. So sorry we can't be there in person but we are with you in spirit. Carolinas school is still using the Braille books Berdell gave them and they wrote her name in them. That made her so happy. Treasure the memories. She isn't gone she is in our hearts. Take care !

Jerry/Tonna, Thank you for the kind words. Mom loved your family very much. I hate you guys weren't able to make the funeral but we certainly understand. Hopefully we can all get together sometime soon. Please pass along to the boys and Caroline that we love them all!
