Mr. Anthony Edward Fucci, 95, passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at Hospice Haven in Rockingham.

Mr. Fucci was a carpenter, having worked with Snead and Glidewell, Richmond County School System, Butler Construction, and Kathy Butler Interior Designs. He was a veteran, having served in the U. S. Army and stationed in Pearl Harbor.

Services will be conducted 3:00 pm Friday, December 22, 2017 at Zion Circle Church, 113 Waters Avenue, Rockingham with Rev. Keith Ellerbe and Rev. Larry Joyner officiating and interment following in the church cemetery with military honors. The family will see friends Thursday evening from 6 to 8 pm at the church.

Mr. Fucci is survived by his children, Joe Oliver of Rockingham, Eddie (Pattie) Fucci of Cherry Grove, SC, Kathy (Marty) Butler of Hamlet, and Margie (Mason) Cassidy of Friendsville, TN; grandchildren, Edward Fucci, Jr., Shannon Dominie, Tiffany Johnson, Christopher Fucci, Daniel Fucci, Kyle Butler, Ashley Butler, Samantha Marie, Brooke McIntyre, Whitney McIntyre; great grandchildren, Ryder Johnson, Jensen Butler, Addison Butler, Andrew Conyers, Easton Butler, Christopher Fucci, Jr., Jaxson Fucci, Remy Johnson, Kura Fucci, Draven Fucci,  and Sawyer Stubbs. Mr. Fucci was preceded in death by his wife, Christine , in 1996.
